Please note that outstation assignments may incur additional charges, which will include accommodation, roundtrip distance calculated at an average of 9.38km/L, and toll fees.

To initiate your project with Envocs Studio, a 50% initial deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual or service. Should the cost of the new service be lower than the deposit, the difference is not refundable. The deposit will be credited against your final bill. The balance of 50% is due upon project completion or by the invoice due date. Please note, late payments will incur a monthly penalty of 2% (24% APR) on the remaining balance.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or make alterations to your project, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. Significant modifications may necessitate treating the project as a new engagement.
Yes, events located more than 20km from Icon City (Jalan SS8/39) will incur additional charges to cover travel, accommodation, and logistics, ensuring our team can deliver the same high-quality service regardless of location.
The outstation fee includes costs for accommodation, travel (calculated at an average fuel efficiency of 9.38km/L), toll fees, and any other incidental expenses. We pride ourselves on providing clear, upfront quotes so there are no surprises regarding additional costs.
Certainly! Once we have details about your event’s location, we can offer an estimated cost for the outstation charges, allowing you to budget effectively for your package.
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We include three to five rounds of revisions, which should be requested within two weeks after the project’s completion. Any additional revisions or substantial changes may require separate arrangements.
For your convenience, we accept payments via bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided as part of the booking process.
At Envocs Studio, we do not provide RAW footage or RAW photo files as a standard practice. This policy is in place to protect the creative integrity and copyright of our work. All final deliverables are provided in edited formats that meet our quality standards.
Providing RAW files can compromise the creative integrity of our work and may not accurately represent our professional standards. By managing and executing all edits internally, we ensure that the final product aligns with our vision and quality expectations.
If you insist on receiving RAW footage or RAW photo files and are willing to pay an additional fee, we may consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. This would involve a separate agreement outlining the costs, transfer of rights, and any restrictions on the use of the RAW files. However, we reserve the right to refuse such requests if they compromise the quality and integrity of our work.
If you request changes or edits to the footage or photos, we will manage and execute these edits internally. All requests for modifications will be communicated and handled in accordance with our standard procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure your needs are met. Please discuss any specific requirements with us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them within our standard practices and policies.
