Thank you for choosing Envocs Studio. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
To book our services, you are required to pay 50% of the upfront payment before starting a project which will be applied towards the total cost of the services. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the due date indicated on the invoice. Late payments will be subject to a penalty fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your services, you must notify us 5 days before the scheduled service date. If you cancel your services, your deposit will only return 30% from your deposit. If you reschedule your services, your deposit will be applied towards the new service date.
The scope of our services is outlined in the invoice. Both parties in writing must agree upon any changes to the range of services. Our person in charge will use their professional judgment, but we cannot guarantee specific shots or results.
You agree to cooperate with us and provide them with any necessary assistance, such as access to your social media accounts, website, content or materials needed for the project, location and any equipment or props. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and releases for any persons or locations featured in the video or images.
We guarantee to complete all Video, Photo, and Graphical Projects within 7-30 working days from the date of project initiation. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances will be promptly communicated to the client, along with an updated estimated completion date. However, we do not accept liability for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of delayed project completion.
“Five” rounds of revisions are included in the project fee and must be requested within two weeks of the project’s completion date. Any revision requests made after these two weeks may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted. Additional changes beyond the included rounds of revision will be billed at our standard hourly rate. The client will be notified in advance of any estimated costs associated with additional changes. If the client requests significant changes that substantially alter the original project scope, a separate proposal or contract may be required, and the changes may be treated as a new project subject to separate fees and timelines. We reserve the right to refuse any revision requests that alter the original project scope or specifications. The client is responsible for ensuring that all revision requests are communicated clearly and promptly to avoid delays in project completion.
We retain all intellectual property rights to social media content, digital marketing materials, and video footage and images. You may use the social media content, digital marketing materials, and videos for personal or promotional purposes, but you may not sell or license them to any third party without our written consent.
We do not provide RAW footage or RAW photo files to clients. This policy is in place to protect the creative integrity and copyright of our work. If clients request changes or edits to the footage or photos, we will manage and execute these edits internally. All requests for modifications will be communicated and handled in accordance with our standard procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from our social media management, digital marketing, and video production services, except for damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the social media content, digital marketing materials, or video footage or images.
We will keep all information, social media content, digital marketing materials, and video footage and images confidential and will not disclose them to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate our social media management, digital marketing, and video production services at any time if you breach these terms and conditions. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ASA or Advertising Standards Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of ASA or Advertising Standards Malaysia.
